Annual Giving 

The Wetherill School is a 501(c)3 non-profit, and contributions to the annual fund are tax-deductible. The annual fund helps bridge the gap between our operating expenses and tuition income each year and provides financial aid to families in need. Gifts of any amount help. The support we receive from every part of our community is what makes our Wetherill School extraordinary.

With your generous donations each year, we were able to build the Tree House (2023-24); Renovate our Nature Path (2022-23); and add the Gaga Pit to our Playground (2021-22). Our goal is to continue to make improvements to our outdoor classroom and indoor facilities.  Gifts to the annual fund are unrestricted with unlimited possibilities.  Your dollars will go to where the school needs most, making just about anything possible:

• Classrooms bursting with opportunity;
• Ongoing updating of classroom materials and furnishings for indoor and outdoor learning
• Inspiring faculty - who feels supported by the school and parent community
• The extras that make our “Special” classes special - Spanish, Music&Movement and Riverbend Nature Lessons.

100% of our faculty and 100% of our board contributed last year, and we are inspired by the many Alumni families who continue to donate year after year.  It is this kind of generosity and support that makes Wetherill hopeful to inspire you to participate in the fund.
